US Company Formation
A Delaware or Wyoming company for founders who live outside the United States, formed remotely, with the EIN and bank account handled alongside.
Start Your US CompanyA US company without moving to the US
A US company lets you sign with American customers, use US payment platforms and hold a US bank account. You don’t need to be a US resident or citizen to own or run one, and the whole process is done remotely.
Forming the company is the quick part. What makes it useful is the EIN, the bank account and keeping up with the yearly filings, so we handle those with it rather than leaving you to find them later.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can a non-US resident form a US company?
Yes. You don’t need to live in the US, hold a visa or have a US partner to own or manage a Delaware or Wyoming company. The company needs a registered agent in its state, which we provide.
Delaware or Wyoming: which should I choose?
Delaware is the better-known name, and the usual choice if you plan to raise venture money as a C-Corp. Wyoming is a lower-cost home for an LLC: $100 to form and a yearly licence tax from $60, against Delaware’s $110 and $400 a year. For a single-owner trading or consulting LLC, Wyoming is often enough.
Should I choose an LLC or a C-Corporation?
An LLC is simpler to run and, with one owner, is ignored for US income tax by default; it suits consultants, online businesses and holding companies. A C-Corporation pays 21% federal tax on its own profits and is usually what venture investors expect. We help you decide before filing.
How do I get an EIN without a US Social Security Number?
Founders without an SSN or ITIN can’t use the IRS online application. The EIN is applied for on Form SS-4 by phone, fax or mail to the IRS; we prepare it for you. By mail it can take four to five weeks.
What does a foreign-owned LLC have to file each year?
The state fee (Delaware’s $400 annual tax due by 1 June, or Wyoming’s annual report and licence tax), a registered agent, and with the IRS: a single-member LLC owned by a non-US person files Form 5472 with a pro forma Form 1120 every year. The penalty for not filing is $25,000. Your home country may tax the profit too, so check with your adviser.
Do I have to report beneficial owners to FinCEN?
Not for a company formed in the US. Since FinCEN’s final rule of August 2026, beneficial ownership reports are only required from companies formed outside the US that register to do business in a state.
How long does it take?
The state filing itself is quick: Delaware offers paid same-day and 24-hour options, and Wyoming online filings take effect when completed. The EIN usually takes longer than the company, and the bank account longer still.
Do I need to visit the US?
No. Formation, the EIN and most fintech account applications are done remotely.
Can you help open a US business bank account?
Yes. We prepare applications for US banks and fintech providers that accept foreign-owned companies. The provider decides; we make the case properly.
What documents do I need?
A passport copy and proof of address for each owner, the proposed company name, and a short description of the business.
